    Your Brain is the most powerful thing you have in the world.

    THIS WEEK:

    • Use the feelings list (pg. 54-55) underline the feelings you most often feel. Check the feelings you are afraid to feel or most often avoid. Circle your favorite feelings.

    •  Take a little time and truthfully fill out the now feeling (pg. 56 -57)
    • And finally, choose your top 3 feelings that you feel on a daily basis, record them (pg. 58) and answer the questions (pg. 59).
    •  Use your thought download pages daily this week and complete one unintentional model a day, save the intentional models for your coaching call with me.
