WEEK TWO

    Learning how to coach yourself will open the door to possibilities you didn’t even know existed.

    THIS WEEK:

    • Use the Thought Brainstorm page (pg.34) to recognize thoughts you're already having. Be honest and jot down the thoughts you go to or use the most.

    • Use the Thoughts To Think (pg. 35-36) pages to consider new thoughts and choose at least one new thought this week to practice. Practice a new thought by writing it down daily, practicing it in your mind several times a day and posting it on sticky notes in your books and around your bedroom.
    • Use the Questions to Ask Daily (pg. 37) and choose 3 questions to think about this week.
    • Continue using your thought download pages, once a day this week.
